I forgot the name of the lady who was working when I arrived late Tuesday, 5/14, but she was very sweet and helpful. So was the lady who worked that night on the shuttle, who picked us up at the airport. Both ladies made a very good first impression considering how tired we were from our travels. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good, too.

The hotel was great! Convenient to going to a concert in Charlotte. The room is perfect! Cozy couch, business desk, nice bed, great shower and amenities. Every member of staff we met were very nice and helpful. Zero problems we'd return. ***Management might consider cleaning carpet and couch. Quite a few stains.
