Staff were unclear in directions to room. Though the pick up from the airport went very well. There was a smell in the room that seemed like stale smoke (not sure what it was) - it stayed on my clothes the next day.

I always used Expedia and have a hotel with that kind of photos is not a reality This is the worse hotel I ever stay at. I left 20 min after my check in and at this point I’m waiting for my refund as I was told by the staff Member that only Expedia could do a refund since it was 3rd party reservation.

I'm really sorry to hear about your experience. It's definitely not the kind of impression we want our guests to have. I completely understand your concerns about the photos not matching reality. Regarding the issue with roaches, I want to assure you that those are not home roaches. Our hotel is surrounded by trees, so sometimes woodroaches can sneak into the rooms. However, we are taking measures to address this issue effectively. As for the refund, we will coordinate with Expedia to ensure that the process is smooth and that you receive the refund as soon as possible. If there's anything else I can do to make this right, please don't hesitate to let me know. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.

I liked that the room was cleaned every day. I stay in a lot of hotels and that is rare since COVID. The room itself was clean, but the refrigerator was freezing my drinks and when I attempted to turn the temperature down it stopped working altogether. Had to flush the toilet several times each use before it would go down and the sink did not drain well. Very noisy at night with loud music from the parking lot and construction going on all night next door. The only good thing I have to say is that the room was clean.

I liked the proximity to the airport. I disliked the dirty floor and the 3 bugs that were crawling around. One looked like a bed bug - I stepped on it. I did not experience a bug in bed. The TV screen was very small. There was no TV guide in the room for channel selection.

Need a place to sleep while I needed to change my flight. Had to stay on Charlotte for 3 nights. You get what you pay for. The breakfast was nice but, I was only in the hotel to sleep. Rooms are outdated, but the bed was nice, and the room was clean.

There was a very strong smell of pot around the whole facility. We were given a ground floor king handicap room with a lock out. We did not need the handicap room, although we had booked a king. The room attached was booked. They were very loud and the smell of pot coming through the door way was overwhelmingly disgusting! We went to the front and after a huge hassle was given the room next door with 2 double beds. They did not offer to move us to another part of the hotel nor did they offer to refund or credit us anything for the smaller room or the inconvenience. Very disappointing experience!
