A good hotel. My room was clean and comfortable, but was on the top floor (attic space), up two flights of steep, narrow stairs - challenging if you have mobility issues. The bathroom - especially the shower, was excellent. Parking is in the adjacent small public carpark, which is convenient...as long as you can find a space. You can get a discount for parking fees through the hotel (it cost me £7 for 3 days). Overall, I recommend the hotel.

So very clean, the bathroom we thought had just been renovated and we were the first users. The bed very comfortable. A perfect location, the village straight outside and yet quiet. Everyone was welcoming and persomable.

Booked the Cotswold Suite which we loved. Breakfast was great and parking was easy. Road outside is a bit loud in the morning but don’t bother us.

A beautifully run small hotel with great character, exceptional staff and great amenities. Could not fault the experience from checking in to leaving. Highly recommended.

Charming inn, well located just by the Windrush river and two steps away from the model house. The staff is great, courteous, welcoming and most definately helpful. Cristina deserves a special mention for making our breakfast and morning wonderful. Breakfast is delicious and the pub attached to the hotel is charming. If you are a very light sleeper, you mind find the room a bit noisy due to traffic (bearable) , but not a real concern as traffic stops around 18h00/19h00 and starts back around 7h30/8h00am. Could also ear well the conversation from room below (older building are sometimes not sound proof). Despite those two little draw backs, I highly recommend the new old inn and would come back. Enjoy your stay.

We had a good room on the second floor, with a spacious new bathroom. Only wished we could have a lower floor option given our luggage and the narrow stairs.

Hotel and staff were very welcoming and friendly Room was very clean and the cleaners were excellent. Had a very pleasant stay. Breakfast very good also catered for vegans. Would definitely stay again looking forward to another holiday their in the future. Photos of hotel, river and model village.

A lovely pub stay in a popular pretty village. Friendly, polite staff, a nice bar area, excellent breakfast, great location for Bourton sites. Slight noise from the road, but the village was quiet in the morning and evening, so not a major problem.

Excellent, classy, characterful, warm hotel very close to the centre of this gorgeous village. Parking right next door for a modest fee. Superb dinner and breakfast - not cheap (dinner), but then nothing is these days. Nothing too much for excellent staff. Huge flow on the shower, nice coffee and tea selection in the room; classy touch was a container of fresh milk in the fridge in the room.

This is a classic hundreds of year old Cotswold building. It has been kept up nicely and the staff was great and accommodating, particularly Julie and Christina. Bourton on the Water was the perfect home base for our week stay in the Cotswold and we would highly recommend the Old New Inn. Also, food and Model Village (which they run) were great as well.

Service and food quality were excellent. Comfortable beds, although the single room was small. It would have been better to pay the extra for a twin/double room. Car parking was difficult no specific residents parking. No reimbursement from the Inn.

Beautiful hotel, very well kept. Had a warm welcome but was ignored by the staff as I checked out. The room was great however there was a lot of noise from the room above us which woke us several times.

Lovely hotel the staff went out of their way for us because we had booked 2 different rooms so they cleaned the one for us to stay in first so we could go straight into it without having to wait around, breakfast and Sunday lunch was delicious our room was so quaint but a little noisy in the morning because of the bin men, would definitely recommend staying here.

The Inn was amazing. We had a large room on the ground floor. It was decorated beautifully. The bathroom had a stand alone bathtub and the shower was completely open with the waterfall shower. The Inn was located near the canals, shops and restaurants. And the miniature replica of Bourton on the Water was behind the Inn. We were given free tickets from hotel management.

Front desk young gentleman was so helpful. Customer service at is finest. The property is beautiful and the breakfast “ delicious and excellent. Service impeccable. The view from my room ( up one flight of stairs overlooking the road) was lovely! Price was excellent.

Old New Inn, Bourton on the water.
Excellent stay at Old New Inn. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Breakfast choices were excellent. The situation of the property is right in the middle of Bourton, backing onto the model village, of which, admission is free if you are staying at hotel. You have to pay for parking, but it was £7 for 3 nights!! Cheap! Sunday dinner was 10/10. I will say the bar was extremely quiet. We were the only ones in there one evening. At least it’s not rowdy!
