Really disappointed. Room condition (especially bathroom) was poor - bath not draining, tiles hanging off wall, needs a redecorate. The breakfast was nice but we were sat amongst a sea of uncleared tables. The hotel is definitely only an equivalent of a 4 star - there are better in London for equal money. I would not stay here again or recommend it. Overpriced for the service.

Get there early to avoid queues to get into the car parks

It's huge! Try and park in the middle so you don't have to walk for miles to get from one end to the other!
