The hotel is very nice...nice restaurant.. excellent breakfast..easy parking and good value for money..as we took a small dog with us we were placed in a double room in an annexe of the hotel..the first room smelt of damp and clearly needed renovation but after complaining we were given a much better room albeit in the same annexe. .. Overall we would gladly return.

Room not being properly clean, and dirty, torn net curtains was not a good look. also avoid Potting shed and Garden cottages rooms - right next to a busy road and rooms ground floor.

Payed for upgraded room with the bigger Dubble bath tub however the plug didn’t work so bath would not fill and to top it of was on a busy main road all you could hear was traffic zooming past the windows all night had a quieter night at premiere inn !

Nice country house hotel. We stayed in room 401 - which is quite a hike with 2x large suitcases... would have been nice if they had given us directions to drive there instead. Other than that, nice place, nice staff zero complaints.

The staff and service were awesome! I was having a terrible day and the guy at the front desk gave me a free upgrade... that totally turned my day around!!! The breakfast staff was super friendly and attentive too!!! Thanks for a great stay!! Next time will book spa atay as well!!
