This hotel was sufficient to lay your head, but the bottled water in the room was not pure - and we ended up being violently ill with it. The rooftop pool was ok, but the staff didn’t turn on the lights in the bar for hours - said they were automatic lights, but then someone came up and flipped the switch. The elevators were not working properly and the stairs were limited to one set of stairs making getting to your rooms difficult. The sink is outside the bathroom and the sink was positioned in such a way that the water when coming out of the faucet sprayed over the edge and onto the floor. Would not stay here again.

Hotel staff is quite apathetic, unusual for this culture. It’s a first time I feel disappointed in a Mexican city. Spacious rooftop, modern room and decor, great menu at the restaurant downstairs however again only ine of the waiters was nice. Dismissive and cold staff. Time for more training or hiring from other states.

We like that the rooms and bathroom were very clean.
Bed was very comfortable.
Food at Rest was excellent (like the Buffet Breakfast)
And the pool on the last floor is amazing.
Beautiful View.
Receptionist very kind and help full.
The Man at the Restaurant very good customer service.

The property is a little run down. The ac units in the rooms were not working but were eventually fixed about 2 hours later. Bathrooms are small and tight. The upside is that the staff was friendly and polite.

I stay there and they charge me for a breakfast I can’t believe it coz I’m a guess .. also they do not provide new shower towel when they clean my room and they don’t have towels to clean your hands. Honestly, I don’t like it.

The room was supposed to come with amenities such as a functioning television and a refridgerator. These items were non existient. The bed was small and the shower did not work properly.

They speak English really well. Their staff can answer all questions well and even informed us about the free breakfast. I didn't like that the Wi-Fi single at times was not strong enough for streaming.

Terrific staff! As stated prior, upon check in my room didn’t have a great view, and the service agent was prompt to provide me with another! The roof top pool was amazing and beautifully clean! And the shower in the room, sooo blissful with great pressure and hot water-something to not be taken for granted when traveling Mexico! The buffet breakfast was nothing less than delicious and on point! I was thoroughly impressed with this property and it made my stay in Chetumal worth it!

We stayed one night on the way to Belize by boat. The hotel is just 10 mins from the pier by foot, so this was obvious choice. But it looks like the most modern hotel in the city. We also had a dinner in the restaurant in the lobby and food was great. Modern bathroom comfortable beds, very helpful stuff. The only problem was wifi - no connection in the room! Had to stay near elevator to book the boat trip. They need to move rooters or install extra.

Front desk supervisor was rude. Couch was not usable. Food made both of us sick. Disappointed in this stay.

Great stay. ESy checkin, lots of open space, we used rooftop pool at sunset and sky bar for drinks & ordering dinner for rooftop dining. Very nice time, good clean food.
