"Very nice property if you want to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle, but if you plan to visit the city, it is a bit far off from the tourist areas. Also, there is very limited dining options in the evening in the immediate vicinity, and not everyone would be comfortable walking in this area after sunset. That being said, the property is beautiful, the rooms clean, and the staff/owners were very friendly and helpful."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean however there was some mold in the bathroom. The shower is a little weird as it was like warm mist. Got everything wet in the bathroom....probably why there was mold. "

"Cute bungalows with nice outdoor area. Great for travelers on a budget that are in and out of Chiang Rai. Very close to the airport however a bit far from other areas, recommend a motorbike while booking in advance. "

"Property close to centre and a nice quiet base. Owner is very friendly and makes awesome north thai sausages. Rooms are ok if you like a hard matress. Walls are dressed concrete, ie a bit austere but doesnt detract at all."

"The host was very kind and helpful. The host was fluent in English. The room was nice and we had hot water. Our one complaint like we have for number of places in South East Asia is the fact that the beds were hard and not comfortable for sleeping. Sleep is very important to us so that is an issue. "
