Staff leaves a lot to be lacking. Waited 25 minutes at the front desk to check in while a girl sat in a chair in the back room on her cell phone, and when she finally decided to get up to let us check in, she gave us a key and room number where someone else was already checked in! They weren’t happy to say the least to have someone barging in on them. Another 15 minutes to get another room. And not even an apology.

The AC unit kept making a very loud noise whenever put on cold in the middle of the night, waking us up multiple times, in room 619. The toilet started swirling, overflowing and making a noise as well. I have videos that I will be posting as well. Booked through Expedia, neither party were able to efficiently compensate for all this disappointment.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were greeted in a friendly manner and the check in process was easy and quick. The King bed and pillows in our room were excellent, as was the breakfast in the morning. It was a clean and comfortable stay, and I would return. The only negative is the carpet in the hallways look dingy and coukd use upgrading so that it can match the entryway, breakfast area, and rooms.

Wal-Mart less than half a mile, very nice restaurant next door and a Planet Fitness 3.5 miles away. You can't ask for more.

The best part of it all is free parking .. that means alot because everyone else is charging $50 and up for parking each night overall i love this hotel and everytime i come to visit i will be here
