The property is currently being remodeled, over all, very nice updates. Our room was beautiful and clean. The pool was really crowded and pretty small.

Would have been 5 stars except the air conditioning unit sounded like a jet engine revving up, and it was very loud. It was so bad it would rattle the door to the bathroom. It was very hard to sleep.

I was disappointed in the room service. I expected the housekeeping service to visit your room daily without you asking for it. While I didn't excessively use the room, I expected that the towels would be changed or replaced daily and the bed would be made daily. On the day of departure, I went to breakfast to find that there wasn't any milk for the cereal that I had decided to eat. Otherwise the room plan is akin to a small apartment which I appreciated.

What stood out from this property vs a normal Hampton Inn experience is 1) The availability of suites which provide a little more room for those who need it; and 2) A very good gym, including a number of good weight machines in addition to free weights and cardio options.

I loved the cozy suite,it was clean,everyone was very friendly,greeting was marvelous( front desk worker ,loved her), and the breakfast was to die for I am a sanitation manager ,and the food was tasty,presentable,hot ,clean area ,just very well put together, i loved my stay and ill be back very soon!

Our room did not have AC at it was almost 80 degrees in the room. Only option to cool room down was to open window - however this brought in lots of noise as property close to highway.

Great place for a family vacation
exceeded my expectations Love the free coffee, water and tea AND cookies Front desk was very friendly and helpful pool was great, hot tub was fabulous really nice equipment in the gym, couldn't believe they gave out free headphones too and the cool towels were a nice touch Room very spacious and clean nice and quiet at night Breakfast was awesome- very nice variety looking forward to coming back in the summer for the outdoor pool area

Staff was friendly, breakfast was decent. Hot tub wasn't exactly "hot"- may need some maintenance as it was more like a pool temperature. The last night of my stay had a large group of YOUNG children, between ages of 6-13 next to my room. The parents were in a separate room and the noise between furniture banging around and kids screaming until after midnight. Would recommend not placing guests so close together with young kids unsupervised. Otherwise a great hotel- partially under construction but that wasn't an issue.

Not a bad stay for a decent price. Our room was on the 6th floor and was 76 degrees in February the entire time. There was nothing they could do as they don’t have AC.
