I had a flight cancelled so I came here. Got in really late. The AC made a racket all night but I was going to be out of there early in the AM to catch my next flight. So, terrible night sleep. Then, went to take a shower and the shower only dribbled out. I called down and asked to switch rooms so I could shower before I caught my flight. They said they wouldn't switch rooms and would send maintenance. 25 minutes later, shower is fixed and I get in only to find that the door will not stay closed. Leaks water everywhere. Asked to give a review when I was checking out....front desk would not give me anything to write down, the email to review,or anything. She told me I should have asked to switch rooms (I did and as denied). Definitely will not be staying here again.

Air conditioner was not working and called front desk and maintenance had a new one and changed it right away! There was a wedding on the top floor and music was playing till midnight so very loud. No other available rooms available. No water pressure. Laundry is only available to SpringHill suites but not for holiday inn even though it is the same building. Transport to the hotel was excellent and driver was very professional

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff was very pleasant and the complimentary breakfast was a bonus!! Which is included when you book on the Stay Bridge side not the Holiday Inn side. This has become the go to hotel when visiting on this side of town!
