The bathroom door had no privacy. First, you couldn't close the door and second, the gap was too wide, so much so that anyone could see inside. The hotel had no facility for even drinking, one that was available was paid.
What I like about motel 6 very clean relaxing comfortable the room was very clean the staff was very helpful and the price is very reasonable so if anyone looking for a nice place to relax I advise you to go to this one

Motel 6 was nice and comfortable relaxing restaurants nearby the room very clean front desk very helpful the price was good I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a place for comfort and relaxing

Disliked: Staff & service
I was guite disappointed with overall experience. Most of the staff were distant and not exactly cordial. At the end the manager tried to convince me that i had not paid a deposit. I was livid and was forced to call corporate. They found my deposit in seconds and called the manager who in turn admitted he had made a mistake. That's the first time i had used Motel 6 and I'm sure it's probably the last.

Staff was rude and did not communicate that there was a deposit for stay so I did not get to get a room waist of time and very inconvenient did not try and solve problem made it worst very unprofessional.

This Arlington Heights' Motel 6 location in particular is actually not that bad. It'll be great if they had a coffee maker in rooms like Glenview has.But they got pretty good variety of snacks and also a vending machine with cup noodles and burgers. And coffee machine also, a paid one but they put out free coffee in the morning as well.

It was close to the friend's we were visiting. It was dog friendly. It was close to shopping. We didnt think the bed was very comfortable. It was clean.

The heat does not go above 78 degrees. It comes on sparingly. The refrigerator melted my ice cream. It does not get cold.

Wastrying to receive some items I leftin the room, the front desk person would not let me get them. He was very rude and disrespectful. Will never use Motel 6 again. Also, did not like the thin blanket on bed, little toiletries, or the futuristic look.

The hotel is good and affordable, rooms are spacious enough and the bathroom is clean. The heater was a bit loud and the workers are not enough so it’s hard to get help when they are busy. Overall I recommend the place

Great Stay. Average Hotel, but great for price and area. Hotel and room were clean. Floors in rooms could use some mopping. Service was wonderful. Both employees I encountered were very nice. Hotel was very secure which I liked. Smoke smell present in some areas of hotel.
