You have to hang out the sign if you want housekeeping to tidy up. This was not made clear to me at check-in. A few party people showed up near our room after 11:00 talking loudly in the hall. Luck of the draw on room assignment, I suppose. Only 2 Kuerig cups provided in room. Would appreciate courtesy coffee in lobby. Minor gripes but enough to rate "GOOD" rather than "EXCELLENT:

Everything except the housekeeping ladies there where talking to laud and they open the door and we where sleeping and we got surprised because we where deeply sleepy she closed the door and they still talking to laud in the hallway we where in a concert the night before and we where so tired we just need to rest and we couldn’t

The hotel itself was pleasant and comfortable, but my experience was marred by the receptionist's unprofessional behavior. During a chaotic situation with many guests booking rooms due to flight cancellations, the receptionist became visibly upset and yelled at guests. Furthermore, when answering phone calls, he was dismissive and rude, telling callers that they were the 90th person asking the same questions. This behavior was unacceptable and created a stressful atmosphere for guests who were already dealing with travel disruptions. While the hotel has potential, the receptionist's attitude and communication skills need significant improvement to ensure a positive experience for guests.

Everything was great, apart from housekeeping. They could be heard shouting and talking to each other in the corridors, and this started early in the morning. They didn't seem to have any respect for those who were still sleeping.

Was a decent place. Very comfortable beds and pillows! Need more options on the food menu. Staff should know what is in the surrounding area. I needed a convenience store and restaurant options nearby none of them had a clue.

The room was comfortable and had a comfy chair. It was quiet. Close to the airport. Stayed here partly due to the restaurant but while I was there it was one person tending bar and cooking, no menu. Didn't try to get breakfast. I accidentally left a lot of groceries in the room and they told me they automatically throw away anything in the refrigerator.

The stay was very comfortable, our DND sign was respected as well as our request to hold off on the room keeping due to us not being within the room during the day. The staff members were all very nice and professional. There was one event where a guest dropped a lot cigarette into the dirt near the door that caused some smoke to come up, but that was quickly handled after I informed the staff. It wasn’t really worth the price though just because they don’t offer breakfast but I’d definitely stay there again.

The hotel and room are very clean. Friendly staffs. The only thing I am not happy is : I prepaid $21 for my one day stay breakfast but received a breakfast voucher for $12 value. That’s all I like to pass on so anyone plan to buy breakfast when booking to be aware of the discrepancy in value.

We love staying here the night before our morning flights. There is no shuttle but Uber is around $15 bucks each way (10 minute). No waiting for a shuttle on the return. $25 parking for the week so evens out. The front desk is always very nice and welcoming. The beds in this motel are amazing. We are Platinum members of Expedia and recommend for any travel plans you have from ORD.
