Great spot. Only note is that checking in was a challenge. I didn’t have my passport on me and that was a big issue.

Could be better
The hotel and property are beautiful. But… the management is lacking. Specifically, the property was basically empty (maybe 10% occupied) and not only did they not upgrade me, but they actually placed me next to another guest in a room with a connected door! Plainly, they did this because they value their ease of housekeeping far more than they value the comfort of their guests. Very disappointing attitude.

Like the new refurbishment but….
New modern hotel. Good facilities. New design so much better than the older version. Pools are great. Lots to like. Only negatives to note are 1) lack of pool service 2) poor food at pool bar 3) service can be quite slow at times 4) buffet food is ok, lots of choice but lacks a little in quality. Quite expensive peak season, better value off season.

Top for beach/family hols
Really good for relaxing and family holidays. Brand new facilities. Nice swimming pools and 2 minutes away from a huge and nice beach.

Very Nice Hotel
A very nice hotel, one of the nicest i've stayed in of its type. There are extensive grounds and it is situated very close to a lovely beach. The condition of the hotel inside is excellent as well.

No air conditioning in May when it is 25C outside
Would be a lovely hotel but.......we paid for a hotel with ac. Went for MotoGP weekend, temperatures were 25C and no ac. Turns out they don't switch it on in "winter" it was May. Asked over three days and best I got was a fan and a "tough luck." We rent out a house in Florida, can just imagine the responses if we turned off the ac 8 months of the year after people paid for ac.

Relaxing beachside stay.
We stayed 5 nights at this fantastic beach front hotel. It is rather large and one of 3 Hipotels in a row. Set on the hill above the dunes the beach is less than 2 minutes walk down a boardwalk with a Chiringuito (beach bar) belonging to the hotel and an area with sunloungers and parasols. The beach is fantastic and great for a 35/40 minute stroll to the centre of La Barossa where there are many reasonably priced restaurants. The hotel has an enormous pool sheltered from the wind should it be a day for Levante. The breakfast buffet was fantastically extensive. The hotel is mostly visited by German tour groups so all the staff are fluent in German but seem to speak English too although I persevered with my Spanish. The front desk especially but also all the staff were fantastic at taking care of all our needs. My dad is getting frail and needed a wheelchair which they provided as well as a parking space next to the foyer. There was nightly entertainment too. We honestly couldn't have asked for more. The room was clean and comfortable as well as spacious. We will be back.

Lovely stay
A very nice hotel with plenty of entertainment for all ages. They have a kids club for two different age groups and activities for adults throughout the day. We had breakfast and dinner buffet which had plenty of choice and of a high quality.

Pleasant stay
We stayed in this hotel for a night, and it has been really peaceful. Room was clean and comfortable, the hotel has a direct acces to the sea. I would definitely go back to this hotel.
