"This hotel is excellent. Very clean and well situated. Rooms are very nice and spacious. Breakfast is excellent quality. All the staff- Rebecca, Francesco, Paolo and Luigi are excellent. Their manner is first class , so is their desire to help in all ways. I thoroughly recommend this hotel. Superb"

"We needed to wait for a long time for someone to open the main door both at the time of arrival and during check out. The page of the hotel advertise free parking but it wasn't. The "free" parking was on the street and only during the night. When we asked for a longer parking place the hotel charged us 10€. The staff was very nice and polite despite those problems! "

"My expectations were set by the description and images which show a terrace and describe multiple rooms. That describes a hotel to me, but what you actually get is a room elsewhere in the town down an alleyway. It was fine, but not what i thought i booked. I never saw the terrace (a big part of the reason i booked) and am not sure it's even there, and nearly didn't find the location for check in as its up a hidden alley off the main street with no clear signage.
