Sorry about the noise, I will address this with my staff, and instruct them to be more aware of outside happenings in the evenings. Again, I apologize.

I am sorry you were not happy with our breakfast. We do offer meat every day in the form as sausage links, bacon, or sausage gravy on a rotating basis. The gravy we offer has meat in it, but perhaps you were unaware.

I am so sorry you did not have a comfortable sleep while you were a guest at our motel. Thank you for bringing the mattress issue to our attention. We will most definitely look into that problem.
