This location is within walking distance of at least 30 restaurants and several shops. No need to rent a car. "My girlfriend & I really enjoyed this property. It was perfect for just the 2 of us. Literally steps from everything! We spent a lot of the time at the beach which is only steps away. Hosts, Scott & Sabrina provide EVERYTHING for the beach!! Chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, (a pack n play if needed). Communication with our hosts was a breeze. Scott always answered our questions within minutes! We had breakfast every morning at Saltys Beach Cafe right next door. LOTS of bars & restaurants in walking...

"We arrived to check in and nobody was at the office. There was a note to call or text the phone number. I called and got no answer. Then I get a text saying”can I help you”. I told her I need to check in. I provided her my reservation # and she replied with I’m sorry we don’t have any rooms left for you. There we were 19hrs from home and no where to stay. We paid for this room 3 months ago! Then she texts me “I can’t refund your money I don’t have it, call Vrbo”. As we were texting back in forth...

"Vince is a very attentive owner/caring. As the listing says, there is a major project going on with the building. One must be prepared for some days it is very loud and distracting. Not all days, but some days were very loud . It’s not anything to blame the owner for and we knew the patio wasn’t available. Having said that it’s a very nice place , beautiful pool and spa. Beaches in the area are stellar. Nice trolley to Clearwater Beach , about a 5 minute ride . Nice Shopping area a 5 min walk...
