"I have never rated any hotel as 1 star! This is the worst hotel experience I have known! My parents stayed there they are extremely unhappy with almost everything there. For example, they were even not allowed to pay a couple of days accommodation fee by card!"

"The room appeared clean, however there was a smell of damp in the bathroom which spread into the other rooms. The furniture was quite tatty and really didn't fit the apartment. It just looked quite unloved and like it needed a redecoration. I also found it very difficult to wash dishes as the water wasn't hot enough and in the end had to put them through the dishwasher in order to get them clean. This isn't ideal.
