Our room was very nice, clean and spacious. We had a King Suite with a bedroom and pull out in the separate living room for the kids. My only complaint was that the front desk was not allowing ANY late check outs, we were there for a swim meet and I needed a 2-hour extension (would have paid an extra fee if needed). Never been to a hotel where this was denied before. My older daughter was swimming in the morning and my younger daughter was swimming in the afternoon, it did not allow me enough time to pack up the room without missing my older child swim an event. Very unaccommodating for a mom traveling with 2 kids and spending $350 per night…. Also, Front Desk would not hold my pushcart in the back room, there were two suitcases already there and they said they were “full”. Told her I would be back in 15/20 minutes to pick up the cart, but she said no. Again, very unaccommodating for somebody spending $700 at a property for two nights.

I chose Hilton due to close proximity to Mike Conley hospice house, where my sister was enrolled. Unfortunately I had to extend my stay, since I sister didn’t pass away as soon as expected. After extending my stay and sharing my situation, I was told to come back after 11 to check in. UNBELIEVABLE where was their empathy, compassion, humanity? I was in shock and asked if she heard what I just said? I’m at my sisters bedside watching her die and you want me to come back?
