"Apartment room was good, needed a little more finesse & finishing but reasonable. There were some niggles such as rusty toilet roll holder, shower door that doesn't properly shut, no shelf in the shower room. The main issue however was the entrance & stairs which were very dirty. "

Wasnt expecting the Ritz as the price was very good but we arrived to find a fair amount of sand on the floors - they clearly had not cleaned floors prior to our arrival. It’s very basic which was ok but would have been a little better if there was a lamp in the bedroom and proper curtains to shut out the morning light. It also said toilet roll and towels were included with booking but there was only 1 roll for 3 people for 4 days. Towels looked...

Full of bits of crisp crumbs.moved sofa to hoover and found child's sunglasses, cup coaster, the brush end from the hoover and chocolate cake in a lot of fluff. There was a used towel in the bathroom and one in the basket in the front bedroom and a small piece of used soap in the shower dish with a long black hair on the tiles. "Ideal flat. Comfy well located, clean. Fully equipped kitchen. On road parking normally although I was able to use the business next door car park. Had a little confusion over location and key (my error) and very prompt support which is great. Would stay again"
