The room that was provided jad NO windows. There was no warning that this was the case. This is totally unacceptable and something I never would have expected from a Hilton. I didn't even know this was possible in the United States. Especially in a beach town.

Nice hotel, with a cool bar and beach area. Charging for parking in their own parking lot was a little cheesy especially after paying 300 for a room. Overall not bad but wouldn’t stay again.

The only thing we didn't like was the parking and that we should have to pay for parking. Many people that weren't staying at the hotel parked here and left us having to park far from the hotel. Everything else was wonderful. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Beautiful renovated property.

Our room was dirty upon arrival. Walls are paper thin, my kids woke up multiple times throughout the night hearing the doors slamming all down the hall. We booked 2 nights oceanfront and sadly our window was so dirty that you couldn’t even take a photo of the ocean. We ended up booking next door and it was 10/10 at the resort on cocoa beach

The property was nice and clean. Comfortable beds and good amount of parking. I didnt like the tacos i ate for lunch. Something was bad in them and made me very sick on the last night of our stay. It happens and i dont blame them but i will be avoiding them the next time i stay. The only other thing is the property has no balconies on any of the rooms. I may have overlooked it when booking but i would still recommend staying with them.
