"We stay here a few times a year. It is not new but very well maintained and the people are SO nice! Breakfast is hot and my kids love the pancake machine! My daughter left an expensive item in the room and when I called they had found it, labeled it with the room number and date, and had it ready when we came back by to pick it up. (Lucky we noticed before we left town.)"

"This was our second time staying here. For the price it is our go to hotel now. Comfortable beds. The rooms are a bit stuffy. I thought it was just the air conditioner the first time we stayed but it was stuffy again this time. I had to crank it down to 65 to keep the room comfortable. I think the air conditioners just need an upgrade. The itty bitty tiny coffee cups in the breakfast area are very eco friendly but I just bring my own big coffee cup as to not be wasteful. Otherwise this is a great place for the price! Breakfast is wonderful in my opinion. Indoor Pool is very nice. Staff is friendly. "

"A truly relaxing 4 star hotel. Everything was perfect. You can relax on the property in the private pool and jacuzzi for guests only, in the spa building, or just walk and see the lake view. Buffet breakfast and cafe and coffee/pastry shop open for you. Or you can get in your car and be in the thick of the shows in Branson in 15-20 minutes. Then run back to the quiet of the Chateau. "
