I am a very picky person and I was happy. The host Marc was by far the best host anyone could wish for when visiting a city. He communicated with us very effectively and left a variety of drinks and snacks. He even left us a card welcoming us to his place. We were in town visiting our son who is a freshman at Yale. "Stayed for holiday weekend and really enjoyed the walkability of the rental. Interior of rental is beautifully and smartly done. We had everything we needed for cooking breakfast and bringing home leftovers from the excellent restaurants nearby. We walked everyday with the exception of driving to the farmers market. Fairly comfortable bed, overall the space is very comfortable. A couple games were provided, which is fun for a pre or post dinner activity back at the rental. Perfect for a couple...

"Great place to stay while our son was visiting Yale. Just 1 bolck from 2 well know pizza restaurants is nice but can make finding a parking spot a challenge at times. Although frustrating at times it would not keep me from staying there again."
