Our room was fun and funky. It was large and comfortable. Beds were a little hard. Breakfast buffet was pretty good for the price. Location fantastic. Off site parking not too convenient. Staff very courteous and helpful. No elevator but luggage assistance was offered. Would recommend.

For:
The proximity to attractions & restaurants was good. The room was clean and cleaning staff did a good job.
Against
Price for a 2 star hotel was expensive and breakfast wasn't included (paid less for a 3 star hotel with breakfast in Granada).
No safe or fridge in room. Storage, the only items we could get in their draws was underwear, so lived out of our cases.

Great hotel and great location. Very helpful staff
Hotel location is right in the middle of the old town and so convenient. But, much better to rent higher priced rooms for view of street and views. Cheaper rooms are inward facing.

Great location, right beside the Cathedral, friendly staff, the room looks clean but does not smell good, the room window is set open out of courtyard, however the courtyard is always fully closed except for breakfast hours, so there is no way to refresh air properly either.

Right next to the main attraction, Mezquita. Just walk across the street. But the room was cramped. We were two people, but they gave us a room with three beds, and we could hardly move. Yet there was no rack to put our luggage. The bidet in the bathroom was installed in such a way there was no room for one of your legs.
Even though it’s classified as a 2 stars hotel, I think it should deserve at least 3.

Very little space in the room. There was nowhere to put luggage except crammed between the arms of a very small chair. Loud music in the afternoon so don’t expect an afternoon nap.

We appreciate the historical aspect of the hotel which is great. Much of the historical artifacts should be preserved but we found the facilities in the rooms are a bit dated. In addition, there were just the two of us but they gave us a room with four separate single beds.

The hotel is across the street from the Cathedral. However, the room was dirty and the sink was backed up. Price you pay to be right in the middle of Cordoba....
Excellent location, just immediately in front of La Mezquita, with lots of restaurants, shops and riverside nearby. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
This property has the best location. You are steps from the center of the old city and beautiful places. Rooms are not what I call luxurious, but clean and have an old charm.

Right next to the Mezquita. This means you have a lovely view, but also people partying til 2am outside your window. The hotel looks like your grandma went to a antique mall and could not say no to anything. Our room was decorated with stickers and 3D cardboard art. Very touristy and too pricey for the lack of niceties. Disappointing.
Although small, the room was quite clean, the shower excellent, an extremely comfortable bed and pillows. The facilities are beautiful, especially all the artwork. And the hotel is close to everything. Really enjoyed the hotel and staff!. Well worth the money!
What we didn’t like was our room. We ordered a twin bed room. We got a 2 twin beds ( 4 beds in the room).
There was no place to sit, no desk ….just beds.
The young woman at the front desk seemed preoccupied and not the best enthusiastic first impression when you enter…. Seemed like she was just going thru the motions. Maybe it was a bad day ??

It's a very old building. The room was clean but dated. The location was amazing. It was right next to the mosque cathedral. Could walk everywhere. Service was good
The hotel is super conveniently located right across from the Mosque-Cathedral. It is full of charm with architecture similar to that of the Mosque. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Hotel was a cute historical boutique, loved it. Cleaning staff were sweet, front desk staff were cold, check-in was not welcoming at all which was disappointing and bit awkward. Hotel is in a convenient location and can walk to pretty much everything nearby in the old city.
The hotel is in an excellent location but with very basic amenities. No elevator to the 2nd and 3rd floors. The lobby staff is very welcoming. Every point of interest is close by and tons of dining options.
The property was definitely unique and Charming. The location was perfect right near the Mezquita; the breakfast was very good.
I had issues with the check-in. My grandson did not have his passport with him although he did have a copy of the passport as well as a driver's license. One of the employees made a very big issue of it and claimed the original was a police requirement. Eventually she said she would make an exception by accepting the copy of his passport. She really made us feel as if she were doing us a big favor. My grandson's paperwork had been accepted at other hotels until then and nobody had ever made a big issue of it. All this was embarrassing and unnecessary. The other staff during our short stay were very friendly and helpful.
We had a Mezquita view room right on the corner. If you want total quiet, get a courtyard room. We had no trouble sleeping though, stayed a Fri and Sat night. Went to bed late both nights and there was some talking in the steets below but didn’t prevent us falling asleep and the view right out our window was amazing. And Sun morning (not too early) we woke to Spanish guitar music from the street. Breakfast good with all the things.suoer walkable. Definitely recommend.
The location is perfectly convenient for all the old Córdoba sights, local cafes, bars and restaurants, and of course the Mezquita view was fabulous.
The ambiance is amazing with the antique collection of artefacts, sculptures and paintings. I was so fascinated that I asked to have a walk around the hotel floors which was an experience like being in an art gallery.
My other like is how clean the room and bathroom were. I would say use china cups rather than the paper ones in the room though.
One out of four members of staff was utterly incommunicative and unhelpful. The others were cheerful and obliging, helping me find an iron and an extra blanket.
The free luggage storage facility was invaluable to us.
I would urge the owner to write a historical note about the building and hotel.
A hotel of unique character. Every facet, reception, corridors, bedroom, breakfast room, all beautifully aged with paintings and objet d'art.
A visual treat.

A very interesting place , however do not book A Superior room overlooking the Mezquita as the road is very busy and noisy until late
The hotel is well placed for seeing everything and staff are helpful but a quieter room would have been better

2 night stay
Ideal location for short stay.
We didnt have a street view and there was no where in the hotel to get a coffee or tea and no fridge with water provided but thats the trade off for a good price and the location as only 2 stars . This wasnt too much of a problem as plenty of cafes close by.
Convenient location because it’s just a few steps away from Mezquita. The staff is very helpful 24/7
The location of the hotel is accessible by Bus number 3 from Cordoba train station. Just get off at Roman bridge bus stop and then walk a few blocks( use the GPS of phone)
Recommended.
Charming paintings, some copies of masterpieces in the El Prado Art Museum, line the walls along with old furniture. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location. My interior facing room was quiet.
