"The house was more spartan than I expected from the write-up, almost like camping, but I'm a hiker, so I loved the remote area and I adapt well to whatever circumstances come my way. The owner was helpful. The house needs work on the shower and the kitchen needs to be better equipped especially if there were to be four people occupying the house, which would literally make for a very 'full cabin' - all four would have to sleep together in the loft. But the area is fantastic if you're sporty and into discovering its natural beauty and various interesting historical features. I stayed one month by myself and have happy memories of being here, it suited me fine."

"The Villa was very nice and had everything you would need. The outside space was amazing, The pool Is lovely and clean and was bigger enough for our 3 kids to enjoy. The views are spectacular with the surrounding areas very peaceful. Just right to enjoy a relaxing holiday. There was plenty of seating area and sun beds, Also a good, shaded area to avoid the heat of the Sun. The Owners were quick to respond to any Questions, Also provided key information for our stay. A visit to Valencia is a must, There are some great markets, and the beach was 5 stars. Also, a very good Shopping Outlet just outside Valencia. There is also a nice Waterpark only 40 mins drive from the Villa. In all we had a very relaxing holiday and would highly recommend your stay at Mel and Dave's Villa."

"This is a spacious 4 bed villa that is well equipped for all your needs. The on-site manager and owner were very responsive to queries and problems. The only real problem was that you need to take care with the electrics, especially the fridge, and not overhead the system. It’s better to fill the fridge over a couple of days rather than ram it full on day 1! You need a car a car as there are no local shops, and the metro into València (at August 2023) is truncated, so you need a car to get to the metro- which is the best way to get to València. Overall we had a great time there."

"Loved every second of our stay at this beautiful villa!! The house was clean and exceptionally well equipped. So spacious and accommodated our 2 families of 4 with ease! The outside space was just amazing! Lovely pool and chill out areas where we spent majority of our time. Alberto was a great host, communication was really good and even organised a takeaway paella for our last night and delivered it to the door! Couldn’t of asked for a nicer place to stay for our week away and would love to return!! Thank you!"
