"Staff were very nice and helpful. We booked it late at night for that same night after check out hours as we didn’t see even though it was clearly written. We showed up and check in was closed but we called the number and a very nice gentleman answered sleepy (it was at midnight) and was very helpful and helped us get the keys even though he didn’t have to. Breakfast was great with such a big variety. We had unexpected drains issue (clogged drain from the shower) room flooded a bit but staff were very helpful and solved the problem asap. Very pleasant stay and very pleasant staff! Need a car to go to the beach or downtown but very good and big store is close by (you can walk) hut definitely worth it! Recommend it for sure"

"Very nice hotel. The room was nice and comfortable. The pool area is beautiful. The breakfast is very good- having live piano music made it special. Most of the amenities were good - having separate shampoo and conditioner would be nice and replacing water daily would also be nice. Very convenient to downtown Tavira but still quiet. Nice balcony "
