"My Partner and I booked a 3 night stay at this hotel, what an amazing place! We had a room with a jacuzzi and sea view which we used every night, definitely had the wow factor, all nice and clean and the bed was large and extremely comfortable. The hotel grounds were well laid out with 2 pools that weren’t too busy and a nice temperature. We opted for all inclusive and we both were very impressed with the food. Breakfast was fantastic with a great range of food including a cook station where you can get omelettes and fired eggs. There were 3 restaurants where 2 off them you had access throughout the daytime where you just order food from a menu so it didn’t feel like the traditional buffet style which was nice. The “Breeze” restaurant was extremely high quality food although it wasn’t your typical food you would expect. The burgers here were a bit to posh which ruined them with a big block of goats cheese and the meat wasn’t what you expect from a burger, but with all inclusive it was great trying food that you wouldn’t normally try, the carbonara was delicious. The other restaurant “Sports Bar” was more bar style food such as ribs, chicken wings and skin on fries which also was delicious. The evening buffet restaurant was great with plenty of good food. If I was to have one criticism the staff were not that consistent, some were amazing with great service and others seemed not as happy to be at work. But this was ok and we will definitely be coming back 10/10"

"Stayed here for 3 nights with friends & had a fantastic time. I was a bit worried as some recent reviews weren’t very favourable however we were pleasantly surprised. Our room was massive & had everything we could possibly need (except tea & coffee) It was spotlessly clean & had a great view of the pools. There was always plenty of sun beds & the heated pool was a bonus. Cocktails were great although not masses of choice, food was really good & the staff were very friendly. We would definitely be happy to go back. "

"Labelling the food at the buffet so that anyone with allergies can easily identify the food to avoid More atmosphere /back ground music in Italian and buffet / the dining area - whilst the areas are comfortable they appear a bit stale ‘cafeteria’ . That said la graciosa met all standards of a lovely atmospheric night and maybe other dinning should take a look at this venue and adapt "

"The only let down was the evening bar staff. They were always busy which lead to them being rather grumpy. I travelled with 2 infirm adults but I was only allowed to get 2 drinks and had to re-queue again to get my own. "

"We stayed for a 10 days holiday. On our arrival we were pleasantly greeted by staff desk Ana. She provided us with valuable information about our room and facilities of the hotel. The room was very comfortable. We had an amazing ocean view and we enjoyed having a terrace very much! The food was very good, with plenty of variety of healthy options. The catering staff were very courteous and efficient. The cleaning staff were very good and efficient too providing daily cleaning. The location of the complex is great, calm and very enjoyable for long good walks by seaside. We highly would recommend this resort, and we definitely would love to come back soon."
