The bed and pillows in our room 108 need to be replaced. Finally, as with most places in Northern Italy the hotel has no AC and the road noise was too much to keep the window open at night making the room stuffy and warm at night. "

One of 2 restaurants on site was open. One of the couples got the robe and slippers, the other couple did not. No apology, no money off. We were told we could use a nearby hotel pool; it was snowing! We weren't going to walk over to another hotel, swim, and then walk back. We were told there...
