The bathroom sink was too small and the overhanging cupboard made it difficult to avoid hitting your head when washing your face! "Staff were superb and food was as excellent as always. Bar furniture looks a little dated and could use a deep clean in places, but very comfortable. Bed was superb and the room excellent. The underfloor heating takes ages to warm the room and as it was very cold, it would have been nicer if it had been turned up a while before arrival. Minor points though. Only downside was that bedrooms were upstairs which was difficult as one of us had recent back surgery - didn't know beforehand that all 2 bedroom apartments were over two floors. Hidden gem beside the broad
"Great view of the boats on the broad which the hotel is right beside. Great welcome, clean and comfortable bedroom and huge bathroom with a lovely shower. I ate in the restaurant two evenings and the food was excellent. Breakfast lots of choice of hot and cold selection, hot food freshly prepared to order. Would stay here again everyone was very friendly. Very good value for money. "
