Great location! Quite for good sleep and convenient for shopping and getting to all the historical places in Cusco. Beds were comfortable. Rooms clean. Great hotel. And the restaurant on site had great healthy food choices. Breakfast in the morning was nice and the coffee was excellent!

The staff donot even fill water when it’s finished I had to take tablet and they simple asked me to take tablet with juice. Except for restaurant staff everything is nice about this hotel

The room was well worth the money. Restaurant in the hotel and reasonable prices and tasty food. Location allowed for a short walk to the main square and bus station.

This hotel is so nice and clean! Also the staff was extremely helpful and kind enough to pack us breakfast boxes for the morning we had a 4 am Machu Picchu tour. I highly recommend this hotel

Conveniently located hotel to visit Machu Picchu
This hotel is very conveniently located. The staff are very friendly and most helpful. One needs to get acclamatize to the altitude at Cusco and they need to take traveling very easy since the altitude can react differently to each traveler. As a stop to go to Machu Picchu, Cusco is most convenient. We also took tours of the local areas and that was also good, but Machu Picchu was most impressive.

Clean, quiet property with a friendly amazing stuff. It was in a very quiet street, with no through traffic, within a short walk to the main plaza. After the hustle and bustle of the city it was good to have a quiet place. A small store is located right next to the hotel, very convenient for buying water, drinks and snacks.

I will rate my experience as 5 stars. Staff were very friendly, professional. Restaurent at hotel was great. My tickets to machupichu was cancelled while we were in Machupicchu. Hotel staff were kind enough to arrange a room in Taypikala Machupicchu with less than half the price.

Overall, great place to stay while in Cusco. I was not offered an upgrade and was expecting it. The staff was great even though an upgrade was never offered. The breakfast was very nice and always different. Fresh fruit every day.

Very comfortable hotel, excellent friendly staff, no issues communicating in English, great breakfast buffet, great location - about 10 min walk to the historic Cusco downtown square.
