There are 50 attractions surrounding us which range in distance from 5 to 50 miles. Many are within a 15 mile radius. It sounds like you may have gone into our Hideaway Dining Room instead of our Secret Garden Dining Room which is a special dining room just for couples! My apologies if our staff did not direct you there.

We will check that out.

You always have to contact the company you booked wtih. If you ever spoke to anyone that wasn't at the resort, you weren't calling the resort. We are a family owned business and always answer our own calls. So sorry that was your experience.

Oh my, so sorry that happened. We are at max capacity due to the holiday and it sounds like our kitchen rushed your meal. I assume they gave you a refund for that. I will follow up on your other concerns. We try to keep our rates as low as possible. It's important to note there is about a 20% tax on accommodations due to our local government.
