Sylvia,We appreciate your feedback. Full service Holiday Inn’s, by brand, do not have a continental breakfast. However, you can package it into your rate for ease and a lower cost. The 50 you are referring to is part of the pre-authorization at arrival. Your credit card is pre-authorized room and tax plus incidentals to verify the credit card is valid, this is also for ease of check out for our express check out. This is also common practice for hotels, rental car establishments, etc. The pre-authorization is released at departure. Lastly, we apologize if there were any children running around the hotel. We do our very best to ensure all of our guests are safe & supervised and not a disruption, all of our guests are valued and we want them to have the best experience possible. Again, we appreciate your feedback and we hope this cleared a few things up as well. We do hope you will give us another chance to serve you in the future.
I like that kids eat free, however I didn't eat 12.95 worth of breakfast.

The staff there were super friendly. Breakfast was good but I wish there was a little more variety. The hotel was very clean and nice but I wish there was a microwave in the room. Didn’t like the tv too much because it was dim. But other than that, great jacuzzi and tub! Also, great amenities.

You did have your Do Not Disturb sign on your door during your stay, due to that we did not enter your guest room. Otherwise, you will certainly receive housekeeping service each day. Very nice hotel for a reasonable price. Breakfast buffet at the JBar wasnt great. No other isses at all in the hotel.

The pool and hot tub were so chlorinated that when you entered your eyes would burn and you would start coughing. It was quite unfortunate because that was the sole reason for our visit.

We check our pool and hot tub several times per day and always provide a safe environment for our guests to swim, we also know how important this aspect is to your experience. First room smelled like sewage. Was upgraded to a suite. Solid move my front desk. Suite was nice except for about a 1/2 inch of dust on the vents. Otherwise nice place.

Everything was pretty OK I needed lotion in the wall. Container was empty other than that, all good.

The property was grood, the only thing i would change is to make sure that the coffe that is sereved is always fresh, as well as have cucumber water and lemon and orange water.
