"Needs maintenance. Many lightbulbs burned out, pool table upstair leaning, pool stick broke, games in garage in rough shape, bathroom sink clogged. Bath towels in master, but no hand towels. Be prepared to spend first hour of your vacation shopping for necessities. The issues seem to stem from renters roughing up the place and the management company not paying attention to what needs fixing.
