We had stayed at this location several years ago and truly enjoyed all the amenities. However all the amenities we were looking forward to are closed due to hurricane damage that occurred almost a year ago. This was not disclosed.

No smoking policy, yet the whole floor and room smelled like smoke. Two roaches were found in our room and the shower was absolutely disgusting. We will not ever be booking again.

The room we had was nice. It was clean. It definitely needed more upgrades. The ac was loud. The tub was rusty. You could still see repercussions of the hurricane damages and water damage. Guest services were friendly and helpful. The location and the view were amazing.

All the amenities at the property were out of order- no indoor pool, fitness room and outdoor areas were in totallly not accessible. Parking was limited and once filled we needed to take a chance where to park and hope to not get towed. Our room was ok- we were able to get an early check-in however the room was not really ready for us. The cleaning lady came in while we were there.

It’s so sad what has happened to this beautiful resort! The owner needs to FIX The Pools and deck!!!!!! And there’s NO reason the restaurant, indoor pool or bathrooms are closed. We will NOT be back!

Building still damaged from hurricane last year, pools and concrete broken on outside, could easily be considered a run down hotel. Our room was more comfortable than a regular hotel room, had everything we needed for our stay, was one of those you get what you pay for kind of thing.

Close to the beach is a win and restaurants. Limited parking, door code didnt work, hotel staff said they could not help and would not help. Told me to call number as no one can help at the location.

I absolutely loved the unit I stayed in although the AC could use a service. But all of the amenities were closed co, indoor pool, gym, etc which was very disappointing

Well if you don’t intend on being at the hotel much, or you’re fine with just being confined to your room this is great. Otherwise run. They say that it’s clearly stated that the amenities are closed. But it doesn’t. We ran into other really disappointed couples as well. There is no pool, no hot tub, you have to park next door and walk over, no restaurant or dining area, and. For “ocean view” you have to look over a crusty rooftop before you can enjoy the view of the ocean. The lamps in the hallway are broken, and to top it off they sold my room twice! So someone accessed our room with our code as my husband was getting out of the shower. It was quite the embarrassing moment for the lady and my husband as he wasn’t expecting anyone and came out barely wrapped in his towel. When I mentioned this to the host. They just said yeah don’t worry it won’t happen again. But you can stay until 12, zero communication as at 10:30 the cleaning crew was banging on the door saying we needed to leave.

Room was nice and clean. Very disappointed that the pools were in such a bad condition and nothing was mentioned at the time of reservation. Unable to use inside pool either. But overall this was a family gathering and we all had a great time after all. Will definitely go back when pool get fix.

I’ve had many rooms from this site, this by far was the worst.. To begin, before I arrived called to inform that i was in route to reservation. Host answered then hung up on me, then text how can they help? Eventually got that situated, arrived and there was no parking. No parking pass provided either which had us at risk of being towed! Unlocked room lights didn’t work. Used kitchen light assuming it would be fixed(wrong) shower sprayed everywhere bathroom floor was always wet, including leaking tub. Was sold on a beach side room with balcony, that was also a lie. Room was nothing like pictures at alllllll.. A/c drainage into room which made carpet mold . Bed gave us constant back problems and we have no back issues. Room is very small, I could go on and on but please don’t waiste your money here. And Hotels.com was no help either. We were screwed for a whole week. Oh and no beach access, everything was closed in lobby,Pool,gym, business center,restaurant,lounge even front desk. Complete nightmare!!

ALL AMENITIES CLOSED!
Back in the day, this place was probably amazing. At no time ever in any communication, ad, or during the transaction did anyone mention that this hotel's amenities were closed. ALL OF THEM! 4 pools, closed. Restaurant, closed. Tiki Bar, CLOSED! In fact, the sea wall was destroyed in the last hurricane, which in turn has destroyed much of the pool deck, so you can't even access the beach through the hotel. 7 elevators, only 1 works... Looks like it's been that way for a year and it's on its last legs. The room pictured was upgraded. The one we got was not. AT ALL. We made the best of it. The beach is always a good time. Just know what you're getting into.

Every single amenity here is closed. The front doors to beach access were locked so my party had to walk around the entire building which was not easy for my elderly family members. There was only 1 working elevators during the time of my stay and the refrigerator in my room was only half functioning. Would not stay here again.

Horrible. This place has gone downhill.
Horrible! The hotel was a mess! Closed pools with no upfront notices. Unsafe parking in the next door lot, with no upfront notice. Beach access was difficult, with no upfront notice. Restaurant was closed. Exercise room was closed. Loud neighbors, people smoking by the pool, screaming kids, loud guests playing music, disgruntle front desk staff and to top it off, they overcharged almost $100 for the cleaning fee. Stay elsewhere.

The studio is comfortable, spacious, and pleasant. The balcony overlooking the sea was inaccessible due to renovations. I was disappointed with the sea view. There were builders working outside and machinery noise at 8:30 AM.

What we didn't like MOST was that the ad for the stay was false and misleading. Many of the hotels at Daytona Beach are under repair because of a hurricane but the advertisement and none of the pictures mentioned that 2 of the pools were not usable. PLUS, you have to have a resort key to get into the indoor pool and the gate for the beach and to swim in the one working pool. We had no idea. We got carded in the pool and it was very embarrassing when security made us leave. Clear communication about this property is a MUST!

The room was clean. I was not made aware that these rooms are privately owned. I paid for a room with panoramic view got a standard balcony. Paid for a room with a/c did not get that either. Was not advised I need to bring extra towels for bathroom. Had to use the ones given for the water coming from the a/c. I understand things happen, can’t control nature, however, it would be nice to be informed and not showed pictures of something not there. The front desk is not needed don’t have any thing to do with rooms can’t help with anything. So over all poor rating. Want be staying here again.
