Staff could not give me a receipt for the accurate price of the room. They continued to argue with me about how much it should cost. I showed my confirmation online with the lower price but still argued. The elevators only went up one floor. Then have to take stairs up to the next floor. The room was clean but needs updating.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times over the last 5-10 years and it has progressively gone downhill. The beds are incredible uncomfortable. The mattress may as well be a plywood board. The room itself is okay. The A/C worked, which is a problem I've had here in the past. The TV is super small compared to what you typically find in hotels today. The wall paper and carpets in the main areas are stained, worn, and ripped in places. The internet worked sometimes, but was pretty consistently slow. The breakfast is poor. There are very limited options and the stuff that is there seems like it is reheated day after day. It's inedible. The location is convenient and parking is easy, but otherwise, the price is a little high for a very mediocre hotel.

I've stayed here a lot & have been very happy. This time yhe elevator was broken so I had to haul my stuff up the stairs. I have awful back issues & this was excruciating. Then I got to my room & it hadn't been cleaned. I got a new room which was cleaned but had to haul my stuff again. Extremely dissatisfied with this stay & angry I spent the money. Should be refunded but of course won't be. I hope they resolve their issues

Room was not cleaned when we got there arrived around 10pm. There was food left from the previous guest. The bath tub was full of water and the tv did not work. My child woke up with a rash all over her will not be going back
