Walked in was hit with a god awful smell. Smelled liked there was a dead animal nearby. Had to use my room keys multiple times to get the room open. Couldn't use my ps4 and tv keep "upgrading channel lineup" which made it a hassle to watch tv.

Clean place. Close to nice places to eat and shop. Breakfast was convenient. However lots of frustrations during the stay: Staff, not the friendliest. Had to remagnetize my door key several times, annoying. I even kept my key ins a separate pocket but still had to go to the front desk daily. Sometimes twice a day. Pool water was murky, the whirlpool didn’t work. They ran out of pool towels easily. One elevator was broken Was staying for three night and on the second night I asked them to clean my room….they seemed to have written my request t the front desk…but nothing…it never happened, frustrating Finally the tv every so often wanted to update channels. Happened so many times I turned it off.

My room was very clean and refreshing! The breakfast was really good and the staff were polite. I was caught off guard for having to pay to park at the hotel; however, it is minimal.

Walls were insanely thin. Listened to a man throwing up at 4am for close to an hour in the room next to ours. Breakfast was decent. Area was great. Within walking distance to several restaurants and close to the airport. Beds were comfy and room was nice and clean.

Generally good, clean, and staff was pleasant. Room layout is great and the bed was perfect. Parking fee was an unexpected charge and inconvenient (administered via 3rd party app). The spa jets were out of order. The tub drained slowly. Water damaged bathroom doors haven't been repaired. And my card key failed twice. All small things that add up...

We were told when we checked in at 2:00am Sunday night/Monday morning that breakfast would be available until 10:00am. When we went to the lobby at 9:00am, we found out that breakfast ended at 8:00am. We weren't the only hungry victims. Had we checked the sign on the wall and not listened to the front desk attendant, we'd have had breakfast. Lesson learned. If you're planning on staying here, be skeptical about what you're told.

Room key didn’t work an elevator and walk was 10 min each way w heavy luggage . I asked to be away from stairs an elevator an I was right by stairs. Noisy in adjoining rooms till 2 am an I had to leave at 3:30. Room was fine. Staff seemed tired but were pleasant but disorganized. 1 hours sleep so hard to say a good stay this time .

I liked the outdoor garden area. Some enterances needed to be repaired so that they opened with the key card. Also the hot tub was broken.

The TV had a poor selection of channels, was clumsy to operate, kept repopulating the channel list and changing channels on its own. The only operating elevator was at the far end of the hall as far away from the lobby as possible. The room was well laid out and the bed was comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was on time and courteous. I can't say I'd recommend the hotel but it worked okay for my purposes.

The property is dated compared to other properties and the elevator was out of order. The working elevator has graffiti and damage to the doors. Just did not feel SAFE. I requested a cancellation due to the condition of my room - I was told its too late and that I could not get a refund. My room had stained sheets and best I was offered was another even FURTHER away from the elevator.

We found out when we got to the hotel to check in that they do not accept any payment except cards it is 2024 and we pay all by apple pay, we were just lucky that one of us had there card with them.
