I have stay her for a few years now back when the restaurant was open and I wish they have it back to open I do feel like the rooms need some love and the beds need to be updated

Everything was very nice, I was a little disappointed in our room. It was rather plain from the pictures that I saw online. It was nice to have a patio , although it looked over a desert and the main traffic on road on the side we were on. But once we closed the sliding glass door, it was very very quiet, I think that having no microwave was a little inconvenient as they do not serve breakfast here, but the bed was comfortable and we slept great!

Absolutely worst hotel stay I have ever experienced, and we travel a lot!!! Check in went good, until we came back from the pool 3 hours after checking in, and our keys were no longer working. After spending a half an hour with the front desk trying to figure out why, they realized they had us as squatters, and blocked our room keys from working. The next morning we were getting dressed and housekeeping walk into our room, without so much as a knock. Im standing there not clothed. She shuts the door and stands outside while I get dressed, then google translates that the room is supposed to be unoccupied and we are not supposed to be in there. I proceed to go to the front desk where I was told by the manager that she had once again disabled our room keys because we shouldn't be there, and the room is showing that it should be occupied. Not only did I do the pre check in sent by the hotel, 3 other employees who checked us in couldn't get it right! I highly suggest staying away from this place unless you enjoy spending most of your trip tryingvto figure out why you can not acess your room, and enjoy staff just walking in seeing you without clothes on.

It stated it was a 4 star and that was what I expected. The room I was given was poorly furnished and just cheaply decorated like a 1 star hotel. They have 4 star rooms but not for those booking with Expedia

Website pictures and description did not match up. Expecting a “Mineral Springs Spa” vibe. Instead it’s a low budget motel vibe. Upon entering the lobby, we were greeted with a heavy/harsh cleaning solutions smell. Nothing appealing about the lobby seating area. Front desk, attendance were amicable. Elevator was dingy and had old/gross feel. Pool Courtyard is unattractive. No umbrellas out. Lounge chairs looked as though we might fall thru at any minute. Lots of painted concrete, couple palm tree trunks, dirt patches, and low grade fake grass. Ok on cleanliness, just stark and unattractive. Pool water was dirty with palm tree pieces on bottom. Indoor Jacuzzi felt like a low class public pool because the chlorine fumes were SOOO STRONG. No“mineral spa” vibe. Room did not match the pictures shown. Reasonably clean, just many signs of cheap, run down and low class. Bedsheets were tucked, but looked like a kid made it. Desk table was old, beat up, with wood stain was wearing off. No closet, only shelf and metal pipes for clothes. One window = next to bed by swamp cooler. Window/door look onto sidewalk/deck, so people walk 3’ from your space/window/bed. Shower tile job was updated. Explains why they highlighted in photos, but neglected to show full bathroom. While off heavy jacuzzie chlorine, found broken soap and shampoo dispensers. And the door in our room did not seal. Could see light and air gap all the way around (1/2” gap under = easiy bug / rodent entry). We left.

The hotel was nicely renovated and modern. The area was very windy and not a walkable location however. Must be prepared to drive to nearby stores. There are also limited options for restaurants that aren’t fast food. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable and facilities clean.

The staff were superb. Checkin and checkout went very smooth. The facilities are a bit dated and there is no cafeteria on site. The water was excellent, maintenance of the pool and jacuzzi, excellent. My friends and I relaxed and enjoyed our stay. Did I mention that the staff were superb?

I booked this hotel because it was pet friendly. When I got to the hotel with my cat to check in they said it was a dog only resort. So beware booking through anywhere but directly from them as it all says “pet friendly” not dogs “only”.

Every staff member was so nice and helpful! Felt like our second home. Rooms are fantastic! We called the front desk for makeup remover and towels and we got them within 15 min!! Great experience!

Not much. The carpet in my room was old & gross. There was a used, refurbished television cupboard in the room that was supposed to be a closet. It was very basic. I checked for bed bugs. None. The pool was nice, but couldn’t use it because of 50 mile an hour gusts of wind.

Their is nothing giving out “spa” vibe about the hotel. Check in was easy. The room has old smelly carpet with stains. Bathroom doesn’t drain even with 3 mins shower you have water over your feet. We were going to swim and there was cigarette butt in it. The hot tub was not as hot and not “clean”. It’s ok to be in it as long as you don’t look at things too closely. The floor is thin - we heard people walking on top at night very clearly. Bed was not comfortable. When one moved the whole bed moved and shook. No restaurant on site only a vending machine. We booked it just because it was convenient from Joshua tree before the drive home. Won’t stay there again.
