"This was our first time staying here and really no complaints other than a small TV in the room The beds are very comfortable and the room is stocked with a coffee machine, mini fridge and portable fan which is great because we need white noise to sleep. The rooms are on the smaller side for two queens. We got the superior room so thought it would have been a bit larger but it’s nicely decorated. The bathroom is a good size and we love the Rocky Mountain soap company toiletries! They smell so good! Having the shampoo/ conditioner and body wash in the shower on the wall is a huge convenience The keg is located in the hotel so nice and close if you are craving a great steak. Heated underground parking is also a great asset to have Overall great hotel ., close to downtown and shopping "

"I liked that we were just outside of Banff at the base of tunnel mountain. The area surrounding the resort is beautiful and they have everything you need here to stay with kids"

"This was my absolute favorite hotel I have ever stayed at! It’s so beautiful, feels like you are in a chalet. The roof top hot pools are amazing. The spa was so peaceful and relaxing. I had a pedicure and it was perfect! There is nothing I can say negative about this place. The restaurant has a fantastic breakfast too. "
