"my aircon in room 1659 is auto and will set to 22 degrees for many hours ,yes you can decrease it but will go back to 22 degrees which is so hot! I woke up at 2am drench with sweat! I escalate the situation to the receptionist but he laugh at me! He showed no concern and not paying attention to what I say! you need to do something about this person’s attitude! Meanwhile I appreciate Rahim for being attentive to all my needs! He is a delight to guests! He shows big smile and very accomodating!"

"The only thing that is not GOOD ENOUGH is the noise from the aircon. As these issues constantly happen to hotels, I won't give negative feedback this time. But I do expect the admin team could take some actions to solve this issue. "

"The location cannot be beat. The hotel is located close to Victoria Harbour, lots of shopping and restaurants, and easy to get around Kowloon and to get over to Hong Kong. Also get the viral Bake House custard tarts 3 blocks from hotel. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean and the staff are super helpful. "
