The staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful, as was the taxi driver who met us and returned us to the airport. The additional cost over and above street taxis is worthwhile. We had breakfast each day which again was served by very pleasant staff and there are 4 set choices, English, Greek, French and American, which have to be pre-chosen the day before.
