"DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! It is closed, and according to shopkeepers nearby has been for some time. I had a confirmed, guaranteed reservation for the night of April 25, 2022 and went there to discover it wasn't open and was boarded up. I couldn't tell if it was closed permanently, temporarily, or perhaps in the process of an extended reservation. But they should be eliminated from taking reservations on Hotels.com"

"We loved our stay at Hotel Angra. The staff were kind, helpful, and kept our room and the hotel in general impeccably clean. They have water stations throughout to refill water and make coffee in your room. They replenish the coffee and toiletries daily. We slept great; the bed is firm but comfortable, the blackout curtains work great, and the super-powered ceiling fan kept the room cool and the noise out.
