"Little disappointing. Paid ridiculous amount and there wasn’t even water in the room. The wine tasting didn’t hit the spot, despite you make 80 percent of red wine the serving was much on white and cheap wines. Signature wines wasn’t even part of the tasting. Most disappointing part was I asked to purchase wine and she told me I can only purchase them for the restaurant price during my stay can’t sell me for the sale price until my departure! This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard!...

"Visited during the off-season and the staff were beyond friendly and helpful, even letting me borrow their personal mobile phone to make a domestic call to change our rental car reservation (the international call from my phone would have cost an arm and a leg). We stayed in one of the top floor rooms right under the roof which had its on patio, tons of light, was very private and spacious. Not much to do around the property though, you’d want a car to drive into downtown Çanakkale. "

"Booked for 4 nights at 70 euros per night - requested a quiet room and were the only guests in the hotel. From about 9pm till 3am you are kept awake by the loudest of music from bars and clubs nearby. Impossible to sleep even with earplugs. Then from 3am you hear all the noise from people and cars leaving the area from the parking lot opposite. Decided to check out after a terrible night which we did but the hotel owners absolutely refused to offer any refund at all for our 3 unused nights so...

We choose this hotel because of thermal water but they said they don’t have thermal water since something is broken. We had 2 suits.
