"Lovely boutique hotel with friendly staff. Great concept hotel with some cool aspects and decor. Our suite room was spacious, but the bed was very uncomfortable to our liking (too soft and lumpy) and the linens and bathroom were not exceptionally clean. The breakfast was good! The location was nice, easy to walk to restaurants and attractions. "

"The location is not very convenient. Staffs don't speak much English but were helpful. Room service the Cesar salad was surprisingly way too salty as Chilean food are quite blend. Reception promised to call taxi to airport was 5000 pesos ended up driver asked for 7000 pesos."

"The hotel has nice location but the rooms are very small and so are the bed so not much space to move inside. Two things that annoyed me a lot here though. The pool you see in the pics are not correct. It was only 3 chairs at the pool and no chair cushions on them. Breakfast is poor, and all meals offer no chance to choose. room was Ok, but don't ask for anything more, Location is pretty nice but the hotel has no access to the river, which is a few feet from the rooms so you have to go to a nearby resort to practice any water sport or just stroll by the river. when we asked for a trekking activitie or a massage the people never made any reservation and never showed up.
