"The property is in a great location and we really enjoyed our stay. I can't give it a 5 star rating though due to the fact that it is advertised as a 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath and we were never able to use the 3rd floor bathroom due to the low water pressure. I know this is not the owners fault, but it really should be advertised as a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath. We were able to take a shower outside where there was an outdoor showerhead. "The property had everything you could possibly need for a great vacation. My only complaint is that they should have more beach loungers, chairs, and umbrellas for the beach. But other than that is was great!"

"The manager met me at the airport, as the place isn't easy to find the first time. It was about 8 min. away from GGT. The room is very comfortable and clean, with a mini-kitchen attached. Be prepared that you will be staying in the middle of Moss Town, a Bahamian village, which sits a bit inland. The area is 100% safe, and it was fine for me, just not typically 'touristy'."

"This place has seen better days. Carpeting appears to be at least 20 years old. It's been a while since I stayed at a place that did not have a coffee pot in the room nor coffee available on the property by 7:00 am. The staff was nice and friendly which was the only save."
