Negs: Even after we had asked prior to booking, to ensure no disruption to our stay, there was work and filming for their website which meant loss of 2 days of the Manor pool and private beach. "We were 17 adults. I booked 7 rooms 4 months ago . I stayed ooty sterling 2 nights ( all 17 ) Kodikkanal sterling had terrible experience. First they don’t have big vehicles access to resort. Second they accommodate 7 rooms , but they charge for 2 adults 3790 for even sleeping in the floor. For 3 days trip they charge me over $ 3000.00 . Very bad "

"everything about the property was good. great location and walking distance to the main post office bus stand but the internet was horrible, it was too slow in the evening , we were on the 4th floor and my son had to work at night as we were from US , he could not work in the room, very very very slow internet. it was ok on the main floor but noisy and the internet room was not open since covid. he had to book another hotel to save his job and it cost him extra 1000 dollars. the customer service...
