"Very clean hotel, comfortable bed, good sized room. I had city view room on level 9 where I could see snow covered mountains. Swimming pool was outdoor and closed for winter. Good location next to food streets and shopping. Check in was easy, very good customer service at check in and staff had fluent English.There is a convenience store on the street level of the hotel and a chicken restaurant. "

They have valet service for cars; the hotel room is spacious and clean plenty of dining options nearby (hotel staff recommended us but we decided to take the car for a drive to black pork street before returning). There is a weighing scale at lobby - great for us trying to figure if we are overweight. When the central AC was a bit warm - we just called frontdesk and they...

"Fabulous location one block off the main road in the center of town. Short walk to shops, restaurants, bus stops and a 5-minute walk to the central bus station. Less than 10 minute taxi ride to the airport. Super friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again"

"The room is a good size, but definitely not like what's in the photos (little more worn down). It's nice that they give you new towels and water everyday even when you don't do room cleaning, by hanging the stuff on the doorknob. Outside hallways are old and dingy. Glad that there's a 7-eleven convenient store at the hotel too."

"The room lights are of low quality and not flexible. The bed is comfortable enough. Basic amenities are provided. Buffet breakfast is not fancy but enough, as long as you do not have high expectation. Location is not that bad. Afterall, there is a big E-mart nearby. Overall, its a decent stay. "
