"We had a bad experience checking in. One day prior to arrival I noticed that the booking was for one rather than two people. This was for a four (4) night stay, not just overnight. On arrival, were were told we needed to pay an additional 300 euro, almost the same amount as the entire stay of 4 nights. The clerk then contacted the supervisor. The amount was changed to an additional 208 euro. Our travel mood was spoiled, we felt we were being overcharged."

Man sagt uns "Wir haben mit dieser Plattform keinerlei Geschäftsverbindungen, und das dies eine schlechte Plattform sei. 3. Die Zimmer wurden nicht gemacht - ein Bettlaken war gewaschen aber nicht sauber. 4. Aus der Hotel Bar wurden wir um 22 Uhr mit den Worten "Mein Bus fährt jetzt und ich muss nachhause" hinausgeworfen. 5. Wir mussten für die Zimmer im Voraus bezahlen. Habe ich...

"We always stay here and will continue to stay here. Great staff here and location is walkable to many places. Only recommendation is to change check out time to 1100 or 1200: currently it’s 1000 which is a bit early still. Overall a great place to stay "
