The only issue I had was the fact that I have paid for a family room so that my brother who was already in Turkey can stay with me. I was made to pay extra charges, as it was difficult for them to understand that no one would pay for a family room [ with a space for 4 people ] for one person! I ended up being charged twice. Expedia was extremely unhelpful to resolve this issue, which added to my frustration....

Very comfortable stay
"I really enjoyed my stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room was huge. Very very clean! A bathroom fit for a queen with a powerful shower and lots of space. I couldn’t have the breakfast as I was an early check out but I will return to this hotel and try it then. "
