"Property is in a nice location of Locco, with perfect views of the lake, our room literally had a stunning view from our bed. Only approx 20min walk from the centre of Locco where there is shopping and train station. On train less than hour to Milan and 20 mins (quick train) to the stunning Verrena. Hotel is peaceful and staff are polite and accommodating. Only criticism, both nights I could hear loud techno music which started around 1.30/2am which must have been from a club nearby"

"The hotel met our needs while in Milan.The only suggestion I would make to the owners is to have the carpet in the hallways removed. I understand that carpeting in the hallways helps reduce noise but, even though we could tell it had been recently cleaned (with soap and water, not just vacuumed), there was still a distinct smell of cigarette smoke coming from it. That's the only negative we could find, otherwise the room and the hotel was perfect for what we needed. "

"Very difficult to find located in the middle of the woods even with sat nav have added coordinates if your able to use these they will take you right to the gate, N45.72081, E8.95292 buzzer on the left hand side. Other than that excellent friendly staff, good food, lovely quiet location, nice secluded pool area. Nice private golf course, small but adequate gym. overall would definitely stay again."

"I've stayed at this hotel more then once for many days, I know it well. It's ok. Pros: Very clean and modern. Affordable and well priced. Very quiet. Can't hear your neighbors at all. The neighborhood is safe and nice. The hotel is managed by a husband and wife team and with the exception of perhaps Sunday, they're always around to deal with problems. Cons: The airport shuttle isn't free, it's 50 EURO. To be fair a taxi is 90 Euro. The view from my window was half obstructed by...
