"The hotel is outstanding but i would like to highlight the Staff they were amazing especially : Desiree Pace from the front desk and Bianca from Kids play . Desiree were super nice providing all information about our stay and further more. Bianca took care of my daughter and my daughter loved her . I forgot one of my bags in the hotel , they manage to send back for me and iam super happy the way they manage to send my bag . "We originally booked the hotel but ended up in their apartments - one apartment each. The rooms were spacious and actually exceeded our expectations. The beds were a little uncomfortable which was all that could be found wanting. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was okay but basic. The hotel itself is located south of the centre with a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station. The metro then takes you right into the centre of Milan (a 15 minute trip). Would we re-book if we were...

"I would definitely visit here again. Only tissue is if you want to go out somewhere nice it is a 10-15 minute walk downhill to lake. We walked a lot but the ladies complained about having to walk that far downhill with nice shoes and difficult if raining. It was very difficult to get transportation for dinner. The hotel did not have a shuttle. "

"Hotel Gamma is far from the city center but at a convenient location, easy access to train, metro, tram and buses. The front desk staff are very nice and friendly. There is a luggage room for early arrival and after checkout which I think was nice. The room is clean. The breakfast was good enough. The only thing that turned me off was the shower. The shower room is tiny and the shower head was hardly useful. Few tiny little streams squeezed out from the shower head went to different directions...
