"Although this property needs some renovation, the hotel staff more than made up for the tattiness. From the front desk personnel, to the security guard and restaurant crew, the entire staff were welcoming and helpful. Because of inclement weather, our outbound flight was cancelled and our stay extended two additional days. The hotel staff provided superb service during the rainy and gloomy weather to ensure our stay remained pleasant. My wife and I heartily recommend this hotel."

"My girlfriend was having a family reunion and they rented multiple Villas. Mimi, Abby and Pao and all the staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly.
